What better way to fill a bathtub with hot water and salts after a long day at work than to relax and unwind? We light a scented candle, play our favorite music, take our book with us and allow ourselves to forget for a moment any negative thoughts.

Tip : For extra hydration, once a week we can fill our bathtub with whole milk and olive oil and soak there for 10-15 minutes.

Relax with the help of massage

We use a body oil or a cream to massage our whole body. This way we will not only relax, but we will also take care of our skin.

Tip : Apply the moisturizing product while our skin is still fresh from the bath.

We put on our mask

In this case we do not mean the protective mask that limits the transmission of the coronavirus, but the beauty mask. In fact, even if we do not have a moisturizing mask at home, we can easily and quickly make our own with materials we already have.

We will need 1 sachet of chamomile, 1 tablespoon of oats, 2 tablespoons of honey and 2-3 drops of almond oil. After emptying the contents of the sachet into a bowl, add the honey, oats and almond oil and mix all the ingredients. Apply the mask on our face in circular motions, avoiding the eye area and leave it on for 20 minutes. Then, rinse your face with cold water, wipe it with a clean towel and apply moisturizer.
